This platform is for Walden Terrace residents, shareholders, renters, and building staff only. By registering, you confirm that you fall into one of these categories.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use wtcommunity.org. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
wtcommunity.org is intended for adult residents, shareholders, and staff of Walden Terrace. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use this platform.
If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be suspended immediately.
Users must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
We use Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password. This data is used solely to create and manage your wtcommunity.org account. By signing in with Google, you consent to the transfer of this data to wtcommunity.org as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governance features — including petitions, proxies, and elections — are restricted to verified shareholders. Access to these features requires successful shareholder verification by a platform administrator.
This platform is independently operated by Walden Terrace residents and is not affiliated with building management or AKAM.
Platform administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
